١١٨ - الحسن بن الحارث بن الحسين بن خليفة بن نجا بن الحسن بن محمد بن مسكين، ينعت بالعز، الفقيه الشافعي الزهري (¬١). سمع الحديث من الحافظ أبي الحسين العطّار وغيره، وتفقه على الظهير جعفر التزمنتي، وأجازه الشيخ بهاء الدين هبة الله بن عبد الله القفطي بالفتوى لما قدم الصعيد. ودرّس وأفتى، وكان متورعًا حسن الدّيانة. درّس بالمدرسة المجاورة لضريح الشافعي إلى حين وفاته. توفي بمصر في يوم السّبت ثامن جمادى الأولى، سنة عشر وسبع مئة، رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تعالى.
