    ٣٦٧ - علىّ بن عبد الحميد بن علي المغربي الأصل، الغزي المولد والمنشأ، حصل له رمد قديم بعينيه منعه الكتابة. ولد ....... (¬١) واشتغل بالنظم من البحور والفنون فأجاده، اجتمعت به بعد سنة ثلاث وثلاثين وثمانمائة مرارا وسمعت من نظمه كثيرا، وكتب لي بالإجازة، وهو القائل: سار الأحبة قلت لما ودعوا … حركت ساكن لوعتى ما بيننا قالوا: تمنى قبل حث ركابنا … فأجبتهم اللّه يجمع بيننا [مات بغزة سنة خمسين وثمانمائة على ما بلغني] (¬٢).
