٣١٤ - عبد الله بن خلف بن محمد بن عثمان، جمال الدين النابتي، نزيل الظاهرية العتيقة (¬١) بين القصرين من القاهرة. ولد سنة ست وستين وسبعمائة تقريبا ثم قرأ القرآن. ونشأ على مخالطة الناس والجرأة على السعي ومداخلة الأتراك، والحرص على تحصيل الدنيا، إلى أن حصل الكثير منها من العقارات وغيرها، وهو مع ذلك ضيق العيش، يظن من رآه أنه فقير. أجاز باستدعائي، سمع جميع الأدب المفرد للبخاري على شيخ الإسلام أبي زرعة قاضي القضاة ولي الدين أحمد ابن شيخ الإسلام أبي الفضل عبد الرحيم بن الحسين العراقي بسماعه على .... (¬٢). [مات يوم الثلاثاء العشرين من شهر رجب سنة سبع وثلاثين وثمانمائة بالقاهرة] (¬٣)
