٢٤٤ - [سليمان] (¬١) بن عمر بن عبد العزيز بن محمد (¬٢) بن الشيخ علي، فخر الدين (¬٣) ابن [الخواجا] (¬٤) الكبير سراج الدين بن عزّ الدين بن صلاح الدين بن الخرّوبى-بفتح المعجمة، وضم المهملة الثقيلة، بعدها واو موحدة-المصرفي. ولد بعد سنة خمس وتسعين وسبعمائة (¬٥) بمصر، وقرأ بها بعض القرآن، وعاش في ترف كبير ثم نزل به الحال، وهو يرتزق ببعض المتجر، وسافر إلى الصعيد. أجاز له جماعة باستدعاء شيخنا. لقيته في جمادى الآخرة سنة ست وأربعين وأجاز باستدعائي، وشافهني بالإجازة.
