٨٥ - أحمد (¬٦٢٩) بن محمد بن محمد بن حسن بن علي بن محمد بن خلف الله بن خليفة، الشيخ الإمام. العلامة تقى الدين بن العلامة كمال الدين التميمي المغربي الأصل، الإسكندري المولد، القاهري المنشأ، المالكي ثم الحنفي، الشهير بالشمنى (بضم المعجمة والميم وتشديد النون بعدها ياء النسب). ولد [في العشر الأخير من (¬٦٣٠) رمضان سنه ٨٠١] وسمع بقراءة الكلوتاتى على قاضى القضاة التقىّ عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن عبد الناصر جميع الجزء الرابع من ثمانيات النجيب الحراني وسباعياته تخريج العز أبى القاسم أحمد بن محمد بن عبد الرحمن الحسيني (¬٦٣١).
