[١٠٣٩] محمد بن يَزْداد بن النعمان أبو عبد الله التَّوَّزي البصري. حدث عن: سليمان بن عمر بن خالد الرقي، والصلت بن مسعود الجحدري، ومحمد بن سليمان الأسدي، والوليد بن شجاع، والحسن بن عيس المروزي، والحسن بن حماد بن سجادة. وعنه: أبو القاسم الطبراني وأكثر عنه في "معاجمه"، وأبو بكر الإسماعيلي في "معجمه" وسكت عنه. أخرج له الضياء. - الإسماعيلي (١٣٨)، الإكمال (١/ ٥٨٩)، الأنساب (١/ ٥١٦)، المختارة (٤/ ٨٦)، (٩/ ٢٧). * قلت: (مقبول).
