[٩٨٣] محمد بن عون بن داود أبو عبد الله السِّيرافي بِمشْليق. حدث عن: أبي الأشعث أحمد بن المقدام، وعبد الواحد بن غياث، وعبد الرحمن بن المتوكل، وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو القاسم الطبراني بالبصرة، في "معجمه"، وأبو بكر الإسماعيلي. قال الإسماعيلي: كان ينسب إلى التفسير، ولم يكن في الحديث بذاك. - الإسماعيلي (١١٨)، أسئلة حمزة (٣٩٣)، اللسان (٧/ ٤٢٥)، نزهة الألباب (٢/ ١٨٠)، طبقات المفسرين (٢/ ٢٢٣). • قلت: (لين الحديث).[*]
