[٩٥٦] محمد بن عبيد بن آدم بن أبي إياس أبو عبد الله العسقلاني. حدث عن: أبي عمير بن النحاس الرملي، وأبيه عبيد، وإبراهيم بن محمد المقدسي، وابن أبي السري. وعنه: أبو القاسم الطبراني في "المعجمين"، وابنه أحمد بن محمد بن عبيد. قال الذهبي: تفرد بخبر باطل، وقال الهيثمي: ذكره الذهبي في "الميزان" لهذا الحديث، ولم أجد لغيره في ذلك كلاماً. - فتح الباب (٥١٢)، الأنساب (٤/ ١٦٧)، الميزان (٣/ ٦٣٩)، المجمع (٧/ ١٦٣)، اللسان (٧/ ٣٣٤)، تنزيه الشريعة (١/ ١٠٩). • قلت: (واهٍ).
