    [٥٤٢] عبد السلام بن سهل عيسى أبو علي الشكري البغدادي. حدث عن: محمد بن عبد الله الأرزي، ويحيى الحماني، وعبيد الله القواريري، والفضل بن سحيت. وعنه: أبو القاسم الطبراني في " معاجمه "، وأبو الحسن بن شنبوذ المقرئ، ومحمد بن ملاق العثماني، وأبو طالب أحمد بن نصر، وغيرهم. قال ابن يونس كان من نبلاء الناس وأهل الصدق، تغير في آخر أيامه. مات يوم الأحد لعشر خلون من شهر ربيع الآخر، سنة ثمان وتسعين ومائتين. - تاريخ بغداد (١١/ ١٥٤)، ضعفاء ابن الجوزي (٣/ ١٢٢)، تاريخ الإسلام (٢٢/ ١٩٦)، الميزان (٢/ ٦١٥)، الاغتباط (ص ٧٨)، اللسان (٤/ ١٣). قلت: (صدوق نبيل).
