٧٧٩٥ - أبو الفرج الرستمي (¬١)، الصّوفيّ: سمع أبا بكر بن علان البغداديّ، وأبا الحسن الحصري، وإبراهيم بن المولد. روى عنه أبو علي بن حمكان الفقيه. أخبرني عبد الصمد بن محمّد الخطيب، حدثنا الحسين بن الحسين بن حمكان الهمدانيّ قال: سمعت أبا الفرج الرستمي البغداديّ الصّوفيّ يقول: سمعت المحترق البصريّ يقول: رأيت إبليس في النوم. فقلت له: كيف رأيتنا عزفنا عن الدنيا ولذاتها وأموالها فليس لك إلينا طريق؟ فقال: كيف رأيت ما اشتملت به قلوبكم باستماع السماع ومعاشرة الأحداث.
