    ٦٨٨٠ - القاسم بن منصور، التّميميّ- وقيل: الجشمي-: ولى قضاء الجانب الشرقي من بغداد في أيام المهتدي بالله ولم يحمل عنه من العلم إلا أخبار عن أبي محلم وغيره. أخبرنا الأزهري، أخبرنا عليّ بن عمر الحافظ، أخبرنا عبد الله بن إسحاق بن إبراهيم، أخبرنا الحارث بن محمّد قال: فلم يزل إسماعيل بن إسحاق على القضاء حتى ولى المهتدي الخلافة. فعزله وولى مكانه القاسم بن منصور التّميميّ، فلم يزل القاسم بن منصور على القضاء حتى قتل المهتدي أمير المؤمنين، فرد إسماعيل بن إسحاق بن إسماعيل بن حمّاد بن زيد على القضاء بالجانب الشرقي. قلت: وكان قتل المهتدي بالله في سنة ست وخمسين ومائتين.
