٦٧٣٦ - عوف بن عيسى، أبو وائل الفرغاني: حدّثنا الصوري، أخبرنا محمّد بن عبد الرّحمن الأزديّ، حدّثنا عبد الواحد بن محمّد بن مسرور، حدّثنا أبو سعيد بن يونس قال: عوف بن عيسى بن ينفرن بن يرت بن شفردان الفرغاني من الأبناء، يكنى أبا وائل مولى بني هاشم، من سكان بغداد قدم مصر، كان يتفقه ويناظر على الفقه على مذهب الشّافعيّ، وذكر أنه جالس ابن سريج وكتب الحديث. وكتب عنه عن أبي مسلم الكجي وطبقة بعده، توفي بمصر وله بها عقب.
