٦٦٠٣ - العبّاس بن عليّ بن الحسن- وقيل: الحسين بن مسافر، أبو الفضل البغداديّ: حدث بمصر عن عفّان بن مسلم، وعاصم بن عليّ، ويحيى بن معين، وعصام بن رواد بن الجرّاح. روى عنه إبراهيم بن إسحاق التنيسي، وغيره من المصريين. أخبرني الأزهري، حدّثنا أحمد بن إبراهيم قال: قرأت على أبي إسحاق إبراهيم ابن إسحاق بن محمّد التمار- بتنيس- قلت له: حدثكم أبو الفضل العبّاس بن عليّ ابن الحسن البغداديّ، حدّثنا يحيى بن معين- وسمعته يقول- كان شريح قاضي عمر ابن الخطّاب، قال: وكان عبد الله بن مسعود على بيت المال.
