٦٣٨٨ - عليّ بن العبّاس بن الفضل، أبو الحسن، يعرف بالهروي: كان يسكن درب رياح وحدث عن الحسن بن محمّد الزعفراني، وأحمد بن منصور الرمادي، وجعفر الصّائغ. روى عنه الدارقطني، ويوسف بن عمر القواس، وابن الثلاج.أخبرنا السّمسار، أخبرنا الصّفّار، حدّثنا ابن قانع: أن عليّ بن العبّاس الطيالسي مات في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة سبع وعشرين وثلاثمائة. وذكر غيره: أنه مات يوم الخميس ودفن يوم الجمعة لثمان بقين من شهر ربيع الآخر، ودفن في الشونيزية.
