٦٣٢٢ - عليّ بن سعيد، أبو الحسن القاضي الإصطخري (¬٢): سكن بغداد وحدث بها عن إسماعيل بن محمّد الصّفّار. حدثني عنه أحمد بن عليّ التوزي، وكان أحد متكلمي المعتزلة، وينتحل في الفقه مذهب الشّافعيّ.حدثني هلال بن المحسن قال: توفي القاضي أبو الحسن عليّ بن سعيد الاصطخري المتكلم يوم الأحد لثلاث بقين من ذي القعدة سنة أربع وأربعمائة، وقد بلغ نيفا وثمانين سنة.
