٦١٩٤ - عليّ بن إسحاق بن خلف، أبو الحسن الشّاعر المعروف بالزاهي (¬٢): حسن الشعر في التشبيهات وغيرها، وأحسب شعره قليلا. أنشدنا التنوخي قال: أنشدنا محمّد بن عبيد الله بن حمدان الكاتب النصيبي قال: أنشدني عليّ بن إسحاق بن خلف الزاهي البغداديّ القطّان لنفسه- وكان دكانه في قطيعة الربيع-: قم نهنئ عاشقين … أصبحا مصطلحين جمعا بعد فراق … فجعا منه وبين ثم عادا في سرور … من صدود آمنين فهما روح ولكن … ركبت في جسدين قال لي التنوخي: مات الزاهد بعد سنة ستين وثلاثمائة.
