٦١٧٨ - عليّ بن إبراهيم بن أحمد بن يزيد بن أبي غرة، أبو الحسن العطّار، يعرف بالمركيان: سمع محمّد بن السري القنطري، وعلي بن طيفور النسوي، ومحمّد بن الحسن ابن بدينا الدّقّاق، ومحمّد بن محمّد الباغندي. حدّثنا عنه محمّد بن عبد العزيز البرذعي، وعلي بن الحسن بن أبي عثمان الدّقّاق، والخلال، وابن سفيان العطّار، والعتيقي، والجوهري، وكان ثقة. أخبرنا أبو عليّ الحسين بن أحمد بن سفيان العطّار قال: قال لنا ابن أبي غرة: ولدت في شعبان سنة ثمانين ومائتين. أخبرنا الجوهريّ قال: توفي عليّ بن إبراهيم بن أبي غرة العطّار في يوم الجمعة لثلاث بقين من ذي الحجة سنة تسع وسبعين وثلاثمائة.
