٤٢٤٥ - الحسين بن يوسف بن يعقوب بن إسماعيل بن حمّاد بن زيد بن درهم، أبو يعلى الأزديّ (¬٢): وهو أخو محمّد بن يوسف أبي عمر القاضي، كان إليه ولاية القضاء بالأردن، وكتب لأخيه أبي عمر ببغداد. أنبأني إبراهيم بن مخلد، أنبأنا إسماعيل الخطبي قال: توفي أبو يعلى الحسين بن يوسف القاضي في المحرم سنة ست وثلاثمائة. ذكر لي هلال بن المحسن أن وفاته كانت لإحدى عشرة ليلة بقيت من المحرم.
