٣٤٠٠ - إسحاق بن داود بن صبيح، أبو يعقوب البلخيّ: نزل بغداد وحدث عن داود بن المحبر. ذكر ذلك محمّد بن إسحاق بن محمّد ابن يحيى بن مندة الأصبهانيّ في كتاب «الأسماء والكنى». وقال: صاحب مناكير. قلت: وحدث أيضا عن القاسم بن الحكم العرني. روى عنه أبو بكر أحمد بن محمّد بن أبي شيبة البزّاز، وأبو بكر أحمد بن محمّد الصّيدلاني.
