٢٦٥٧ - (¬١) أحمد بن محمّد بن حمدان بن حبيش، أبو علي، المعروف بالبربهاري (¬٢): حدث عن أحمد بن الوليد الفحام، ومحمّد بن أبي العوام الرياحي. روى عنه عبد الله بن عدي الجرجاني، وأبو القاسم الثلاج. وذكر ابن الثلاج- فيما قرأت بخطه- أنه مات في شهر ربيع الأول من سنة تسع وعشرين وثلاثمائة.
