١٩٧١ - أحمد بن البراء بن المبارك، العبدي، أبو بكر المقرئ، والد محمّد: حدّث عن عمرو بن الأزهر العتكي، ويعلى بن عبيد الطنافسي. روى عنه ابنه أبو الحسن محمّد، وإسحاق بن إبراهيم بن سفيان الختلي. أخبرنا عبد العزيز بن محمّد بن جعفر العطّار وعلى بن أحمد الرّزّاز. قالا: حدّثنا عثمان بن أحمد الدّقّاق حدّثنا محمّد بن أحمد البراء العبدى حدّثنا أبي عن عمرو بن الأزهر عن يونس عن الحسن قال قال لقمان لابنه: يا بنى إياك والدّين فإنه ذل النهار وهم الليل.
