١٨٨٠ - (¬٢) محمّد بن يحيى بن هارون، أبو جعفر الإسكافي (¬٣): حدّث عن إسحاق بن شاهين الواسطيّ، وعبدة بن عبد الله الصّفّار. روى عنه أبو الحسن الدّارقطنيّ، والمعافى بن زكريا الجريري. وذكر الدّارقطنيّ أنه سمع منه بإسكاف. أخبرني أبو القاسم الأزهرى حدّثنا على بن عمر الحافظ حدّثنا أبو جعفر محمّد ابن يحيى بن هارون الإسكافى- ثقة مأمون- حدّثنا عبدة بن عبد الله الصّفّار حدّثنا عبد الصّمد بن عبد الوارث أنبأنا عبد الرّحمن بن عبد الله بن دينار عن أبيه عن ابن عمران أن رسول الله ﷺ. قال: «الكريم بن الكريم بن الكريم بن الكريم- أربع مرات- يوسف بن يعقوب بن إسحاق بن إبراهيم» (¬٤).
