    ١٧١٨ - (¬١) محمّد بن منير بن صغير، أبو بكر السّامريّ (¬٢): سمع عبيد الله بن سعد الزّهريّ، وعمر بن شبة، وشعيب بن أيّوب، وإسحاق بن سيّار النّصيبيّ. روى عنه عبد الله بن عدي الجرجاني، وعمر بن عبد الله بن محمّد السّامري، وعمر بن نوح البجلي، وكان ثقة. حدّثنا أبو بكر البرقاني حدّثنا عمر بن نوح البجلي حدّثنا محمّد بن منير بن صغير حدّثنا شعيب بن أيّوب حدّثنا معاوية بن هشام عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن عطاء عن ابن عبّاس: أن رسول الله ﷺ لبى حتى رمى جمرة العقبة. قال لنا البرقاني في حديث آخر أنبأنا عمر بن نوح حدّثنا محمّد بن منير بن صغير السّامري وكان من الحفاظ. قال البرقاني: وأثنى عليه جدا.
