١٣٨٩ - محمّد بن علي بن جعفر بن محمّد بن جابر، أبو بكر العطّار المكتّب (¬١): سمع محمّد بن إبراهيم الديبلي بمكة، وأحمد بن محمّد بن الحسن بن سفيان، ومحمّد بن نوح الجنديسابوري، وعبد الرّحمن بن عبد الله بن هارونالأنباريّ. روى عنه الدّارقطنيّ. وحدّثنا عنه محمّد بن جعفر بن علّان الورّاق. وذكر ابن أبي الفوارس أنه كان ينزل في جوار أبي بكر بن سلم، وكان عنده كتاب المغازي عن ابن سفيان. قال: وكتب عنه شيء يسير، وكان صالح الأمر إن شاء الله، توفي في ليلة السبت لليلتين بقيتا من المحرم سنة سبع وستين وثلاثمائة.
