    ٨٩٤ - محمّد بن سعيد بن عبدان بن سهلان بن مهدان، أبو الفرج البغداديّ (¬١): نزل الشام وسكن طبرية، وحدّث بدمشق، وبمصر، عن: محمّد بن بحر بن الحسين العمى، وأبي سعيد العدوي، وغيرهما. روى عنه: تمام بن محمّد بن عبد الله الرّازيّ، وأبو الفتح بن مسرور البلخيّ، وذكر أبو الفتح أنه سمع منه في سنة خمس وخمسين وثلاثمائة، قال: وسألته عن مولده فقال: ولدت ببغداد في ذي الحجة من سنة سبع وثمانين ومائتين. قال أبو الفتح: وكان ثقة.
