٦١٩ - محمّد بن الحسن بن الحسين بن الخطّاب بن فرات بن حيّان، أبو بكر العجليّ، ويعرف بالكاراتيّ (¬١): حدّث عن أبي يحيى محمّد بن سعيد العطّار، وحمدون بن عبّاد الفرغاني، وزيد ابن إسماعيل الصائغ، وسعدان بن نصر، وأبي البختري العنبريّ. روى عنه أبو عمرو ابن السّمّاك، ومحمّد بن عبيد الله بن الشخير، وأبو بكر بن شاذان أحاديث مستقيمة.
