بعد ٦٢٠ - ٧٠٦ هـ - ١٣٢٣ - ١٣٠٦ م صالح بن تامر بن حامد، القاضي تاج الدين أبو الفضل الفرضي الجعبري الشافعي. ولد سنة بضع وعشرين وستمائة، سمع من ابن خليل، والضياء صقر، وعبد الحق المنبجي، والنظام البلخي، وعبد الله بن الخشوعي، ومجد الدين بن تيمية، والعماد وعبد الحميد بن عبد الهادي، وروى عنه البرزالي، وابن الفخر، وجماعة، وخرج له أمين الدين الداني مشيخه، وناب في الحكم بدمشق، وولي قضاء بعلبك، وكان حميد الأحكام، توفي سنة ست وسبعمائة. وكان طوالا، مليح الشكل، حسن الأخلاق، عفيفاً مشكور السيرة، رحمه الله تعالى.
