أبو العباس بن حازم الأذرعي ٦٨٦ - ٧٤١هـ - ١٢٨٧ - ١٣٤١م أحمد بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن إبراهيم بن داود بن حازم الأذرعي الحنفي، أبو العباس بن قاضي القضاة أبي عبد الله محمد. مولده في سنة ست وثمانين وستمائة، وتفقه بوالده وجده وغيرهما، وبرع في الفقه والأصول والعربية وغير ذَلِكَ، وتصدر للإفتاء والتدريس " سنين "،ودرس بالجامع الحاكمي، وناب في الحكم، وحصل كتباً نفيسة، توفي خامس عشرين شهر رمضان سنة إحدى وأربعين وسبعمائة بالقاهرة، ودفن بالقرافة، رحمه الله تعالى.
