شهاب الدين بن الدفوفي ٦٢٠ - ٦٩٥هـ، ١٢٢٣ - ١٢٩٥م أحمد بن عبد النصير بن علي بن سليمان، الشيخ الإمام المحدث شهاب الدين أبو البركات المقرئ المصري، المعروف بابن الدفوفي. ولد سنة عشرين وستمائة، وسمع من ابن رواح، وابن الجميزي، وسبط السلفي، ومن بعدهم من البوصيري، وغيره، واعتنى بالحديث أتم عناية، ونسخ الكثير، وخطه معروف، وكان من المشهورين في هذا الشأن، ونسخ كتباً كباراً منها: حلية الأولياء لأبي نعيم، وروى عوالي مسموعاته، سمع منه الحافظ أبو عبد الله الذهبي، وجماعة أخر. توفى سنة خمس وتسعين وستمائة، رحمه الله تعالى.
