شهاب الدين السنبسي المكي ٧٤٦ - ٨٢٧هـ، ١٣٤٥ - ١٤٢٣م أحمد بن جار الله بن زائد، الشيخ شهاب الدين السنبسي المكي.ولد سنة ست وأربعين وسبعمائة تقريبا، وتفقه قليلا في مبادئ أمره، وحضر درس قاضي القضاة شهاب الدين أحمد بن ظهيرة، فصار له بذلك مشاركة لطيفة وبعض مسائل في الفرائض والحساب، ثم عانى التجارة فأثري وكثر ماله إلى أن توفي يوم الأحد السادس والعشرين من شهر ربيع الأول سنة سبع وعشرين وثمانمائة بمكة، ودفن في صبيحته بالمعلاه، رحمه الله تعالى.
