أبو إسحاق النجيبي ٦٦٣هـ، ١٢٦٤م إبراهيم بن يحيى بن موسى، الشيخ الإمام العلامة أبو إسحاق النجيبي التلمساني الفقيه المالكي العدل. كان عالما بارعا صالحا، صنف في شرح الخلاف كتابا نفيسا في عدة مجلدات، ودرس وأفتى وأقرأ، وانتفع به الطلبة، ولم يزل على ذلك إلى أن توفي سنة ثلاث وستين وستمائة، رحمه الله تعالى.
