ابن فلاح ٦٩٥ - ٧٧٨هـ، ١٢٩٥ - ١٣٧٦م إبراهيم بن أحمد بن إبراهيم بن فلاح بن محمد، الشيخ برهان الدين أبو إسحاق ابن ضياء الدين بن شيخ القراء برهان الدين الجذامي الاسكندري، الدمشقي المولد والمنشأ والدار. مولده بدمشق في ذي القعدة سنة خمس وتسعين وستمائة، وحضر على عمر ابن القواس، وسمع من الخطيب شرف الدين الفزاري، وابن مشرف، وأبيجعفر بن الموازيني، وغيرهم، وكان ساكنا منجمعا عن الناس، وحدث، سمع منه جماعة من فضلاء دمشق. توفي يوم الثلاثاء تاسع عشر شهر ذي الحجة سنة ثمان وسبعين وسبعمائة.
