    كعب بن عياض سكن مصر وروى عن النبي ﷺ حديثا. ٢٠٢٠ - أخبرنا عبد الله قال نا أحمد بن عيسى المصري قال: نا عبد الله بن وهب عن معاوية بن صالح عن عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير عن أبيه عن كعب بن عياض قال قال رسول الله ﷺ: " لكل أمة فتنة وفتنة أمتي المال ". ٢٠٢١ - أخبرنا عبد الله قال نا الحسن بن الصباح قال نا معنعن معاوية عن عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير عن أبيه عن كعب بن عياض صاحب النبي ﷺ عن النبي ﷺ قال: حدثنا حديثا في فتنة المال فلقيته وهو هابط من العقبة وأنا صاعد وسطها فحدثني الحديث على وجهه فقال: " لكل أمة فتنة وفتنة أمتي المال. قال أبو القاسم: ولا أعلم روى كعب بن عياض عن النبي ﷺ غير هذه الحديث.
