عبد الرحمن بن قتادة السلمي سكن الشام وروى عن النبي ﷺ أحاديث. ١٩٣١ - حدثني جدي نا الحسن بن سوار عن ليث بن سعد عن معاوية بن صالح عن راشد بن سعد عن عبد الرحمن بن قتادة السلمي قال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: " إن الله خلق آدم ثم [أخذ] الخلقمن ظهره فقال هؤلاء في الجنة ولا أبالي وهؤلاء في النار ولا أبالي فقال قائل: يا رسول الله فعلى ماذا نعمل؟ [قال: على مواقع القدر].
