أبو ليلى عبد الله بن سهل بن زيد بن كعب بن عامر بن عدي بن مجدعة بن حارثة شهد غزوة أحد، والخندق، والحديبية، وحنين، وقتله اليهود بخيبر بعد ذلك. ١٧٥١ - حدثنا مصعب الزبيري قال: حدثني مالك بن أنس عن أبي ليلى بن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن سهل عن سهل بن أبي [حثمة] أن عبد الله بن سهل ومحيصة خرجا على خيبر فأخبر محيصة أن عبد الله قتل [وطرح في فقير بئر] وذكر الحديث بطوله.
