عبد الله بن حنطب بن عبيد بن عمرو بن مخزوم بن يقظة بن مرة أبو المطلب بن عبد الله بن حنطب سكن المدينة روى عن النبي ﷺ حديثا. ١٥٢٨ - حدثني //٣٤٩//الفضل بن الصباح البزار سنة ست وعشرين ومائتين نا ابن أبي فديك قال: حدثني غير واحد عن عبد العزيز بن المطلب ح وحدثني علي بن مسلم الطوسي نا ابن أبي فديك قال: حدثي غير واحد منهم عمرو بن أبي عمر وعلي بن عبد الرحمن بن عثمان عن عبد العزيز بن المطلب عن أبيه عن جده عبد الله بن حنطب: أن النبي ﷺ رأى أبا بكر وعمر فقال: " هذان السمع والبصر.
