حكم بن عمير الثمالي سكن الشام. وروى عن النبي ﷺ أحاديث. ٤٨٢ - حدثني داود بن رشيد نا بقية عن عيسى بن إبراهيم القرشي عن موسى بن أبي حبيب عن الحكم بن عمير الثمالي وكان من أصحاب النبي ﷺ قال: قال النبي ﷺ:" إثنان فما فوق ذلك جماعة. ٤٨٣ - حدثنا محمد بن عمرو بن حنان الحمصي نا بقية عن عيسى بن إبراهيم القرشي نا موسى بن أبي حبيب قال ثني الحكم بن عمير وكان من أصحاب النبي ﷺ قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " الأمر المفظع والحمل المضلع والشر الذي لا ينقطع: إظهار البدع.قال أبو القاسم: وقد روى حكم بن عمير عن النبي ﷺ غير هذا.
