يونس بن محمد بن تمام الأنصاري: من أهل طليطلة؛ يكنى: أبا الوليد. روى عن عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن عباس، وعبد الله بن سعيد وغيرهما. وكان فقيها مفتيا، ذاكراً للمسائل وله عناية خاصة بصحيح البخاري مع صلاح وانقباض وتوفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة ثمان وسبعين وأربع مائة. ومولده سنة تسع وأربع مائة.
