يحيى بن عمرو بن بقا الجذامي؛ يكنى: أبا بكر، ويعرف: بالمرجوني.سكن قرطبة وأخذ بها عن أبي عبد الله محمد بن فرج الفقيه، وأبي علي الغساني، وناظر عند الفقيه أبي الحسن حمدين وأخذ ببطليوس عن أبي شاكر حامد بن ناهض وغيره. وكان حافظا للفقه، عارفا بعقد الشروط وعللها، مقدما في معرفتها وإتقانها وله كتاب مختصر فيها، وتأثل منها مالا. وتوفي في صدر جمادى الأولى سنة إحدى وعشرين وخمس مائة. وكان مولده سنة سبع وخمسين وأربع مائة.
