يحيى بن عبد الله بن ثابت الفهري النحوي من أهل طليطلة؛ يكنى: أبا بكر. سمع: من عبدوس بن محمد وإبراهيم بن محمد، وأحمد بن محمد بن ميمون وغيرهم. وكان يحفظ الفقه والعربية حفظا جيدا، وكان فصيح اللسان شاعرا، وتوفي في صفر سنة ستٍّ وثلاثين وأربع مائة. ذكره ابن مطاهر، وحدث عنه أيضا أبو الوليد الوقشي.
