هشام بن محمد بن مسلمة الفهري: من أهل طليطلة؛ يكنى: أبا الوليد. له رحلة إلى المشرق روى فيها عن أبي محمد بن النحاس وغيره. سمع الناس منه وشوور في الأحكام. وامتحن محنة عظيمة وتوفي في صفر من سنة تسع وستين وأربع مائة. ذكر بعضه ابن مطاهر.
