وضاح بن محمد بن عبد الله بن مطرف بن عباد الرعيني: من أهل سرقسطة؛ يكنى: أبا محمد.سمع: من أبي عمر الطلمنكي، وأبي عبد الله بن الحذاء، وأبي بكر بن زهر وغيرهم. ورحل إلى المشرق سنة ثمان عشرة وأربع مائة. فلقي بالقيروان: أبا عمران الفاسي الفقيه وأخذ عنه. ولقي بمصر: أبا القاسم عبد الجبار بن أحمد بن عمر بن الحسن الطرسوسي وقرأ عليه القرآن. ومولده سنة إحدى وثمانين وثلاث مائة. قرأته بخط أبي الوليد صاحبنا.
