موسى بن عاصم بن سفيان التونسي؛ يكنى: أبا هارون. قدم الأندلس تاجرا سنة إحدى وثلاثين وأربع مائة. وذكره الخزرجي وقال: كان صحيح العقل وقورا حسن الفهم، فصيحا جميل الخط على هيئة بلده من أهل السنة، وذا حظٍّ صالح من الحديث والفقه، حملني إليه أبو بكر بن الميراثي شيخي لمعرفته به في بلده، فسمعت عليه بعض رواياته، وأجاز لي سائرها بخطه في التاريخ.
