محمد بن عبد الله بن محمد الأموي؛ يعرف: بابن الصراف: من أهل سرقسطة؛ يكنى: أبا عبد الله.روى عن أبي عبد الله بن فورتش، وعن عمه أبي زيد بن الصراف وغيرهما. حدث عنه أبو علي بن سكرة وقال: كان رجلا صالحا، فاضلا. وتوفي سنة إحدى أو اثنتين وخمس مائة. قال غيره: توفي آخر يوم من صفر من سنة خمس مائة.
