محمد بن وهب بن بكير الكتاني قاضي قلعة رباح؛ يكنى: أبا عبد الله. روى عن أبي محمد بن ذنين، وأبي عبد الله بن الفخار، ومحمد بن يمن وغيرهم. وكان يبصر المسائل، ومعاني الأحكام، وولى قضاء قلعة رباح، وله فيه قدر وشرف لأنه كان معروفا بالتضحية ظاهر الإخلاص لجماعة من الناس، محببا إليهم، عفيفا، لينا طاهرا، ثم رحل إلى طليطلة واستوطنها إلى أن توفي بها سنة إحدى وستين وأربع مائة. ذكره ابن مطاهر.
