فضل الله بن محمد بن وهب الأنصاري المقرئ: من أهل قرطبة؛ يكنى: أبا القاسم. أخذ القراءات عن أبي محمد بن شعيب المقرئ، وأبي عبد الله بن شريح. وسمع من أبي محمد بن خزرج، وأبي عبد الله محمد بن فرج وغيرهم. وقدم إلى الإقراء بالمسجد الجامع بقرطبة وأقرأ فيه إلى أن توفي ﵀ في شهر رمضان سنة أربع وعشرين وخمسمائة. ومولده سنة أربع وخمسين وأربع مائة. وقد أخذت عنه بعض ما كان عنده.
