عيسى بن محمد بن موسى بن خلف بن عمر بن محمد بن خروف الكناني التاكرني العابد؛ يكنى: أبا الأصبغ. أصله من قرية إطابة من عمل تاكرنا. وهو من العباد الفضلاء الزهاد، وممن عني بطلب العلم. وصحب أبا مروان معوذ بن داود الفقيه العابد زمأنا وروى عنه. وسمع بقرطبة وغيرها. وممن روى عنه أبو المطرف ابن جرج، وأبو عبد الله بن عتاب، وأبو العاصي بن فرانك وغيرهم. ذكره ابن خزرج وقال: كتبت عنه أخبارا كثيرة، وأخبرني عن مولده سنة ثلاث وتسعين وثلاث مائة.
