عيسى بن حجاج بن أحمد بن حجاج بن فرقد الأنصاري. سكن قرطبة وأصله من طليطلة؛ يكنى: أبا الأصبغ. دخل قرطبة وهو ابن ستة أعوام، وسكن بمقبرة قريش. له رحلة إلى المشرق روى فيها عن جماعة. حدث عنه الصاحبان وقالا: مولده سنة ثمان عشرة وثلاث مائة.
