    ٥٧٧٣ - ابن عين الدولة (¬١): قاضي القضاة شرف الدين أبو المكارم محمد ابن القاضي الرشيد عبد الله بن الحسن بن علي بن أبي القاسم بن صدقة الصفراوي الإسكندراني، ثم المصري، الشافعي، عرف بابن عين الدولة. مولده بالثغر، سنة إحدى وخمسين. وقدم القاهرة سنة ثلاث وسبعين، فناب عن ابن درباس، وقد ولي قضاء الثغر من أقاربه ثمانية، ثم استقل بقضاء القاهرة سنة ثلاث عشرة، ثم ولي قضاء الإقليم سنة سبع عشرة، وله فقه وفضائل ونظم ونثر مع العفة والنزاهة. مات في ذي القعدة، سنة تسع وثلاثين وست مائة.
