    ٤٥٩٥ - أبو غَالب العَدْل (¬٢): الشيخ العدل الجليل المعمر، مسند همذان، أبو غالب أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن القارئ، الهمذاني، الخفاف، وجد سماعه في أصول المحدثين. حدث عن أبي سعيد عبد الرحمن بن شبانة، ومنصور بن عبد الرحمن الحنبلي، والحسين بن عمر النهاوندي. حدث عنه: أبو طاهر السلفي، وشهردار بن شيرويه، وأبو الكرم علي بن عبد الكريم، وأظن أن الحافظ أبا العلاء العطار سمع منه، فإنه أدركه، وحدث في سنة ست وخمس مائة، وكان من أبناء التسعين. لم يذكر له شيرويه وفاة، وكان من أهل الشهادات.
